Fees are estimated according to the total services provided. After communications and determining the services required for planning and coordinating your wedding or any event, we will send you our official offer.
Bookings have to take place at least 60 days prior to the wedding date by depositing 30% of the total amount through transfer in our bank account.
We will send you a deposit invoice for 30% which is based on the booked services. The deposit is non-refundable.
Another deposit of 70% has to be paid at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.
We will arrange the pre-wedding meeting no later than 3 days after your arrival. The meeting lasts approx. 1 hour. During the meeting we go through all the arrangements of your wedding and resolve any further queries.
All payments must be covered by the day of the wedding or your event.
